What is your resolution?

Mine is broken up into 2 parts, for once. Part A, is to get my weight down to 70kg, more specifically, the fatty part. Have to target that. That doesn’t, however, matter if I lose my fat and gain lotsa muscle. Part B then, is in case I do not achieve the muscle gain part. I will then have to lower my weight to 65kg, which was post-NS weight. I don’t ever think that I will hit >60kg anymore in this lifetime.
