Yesterday, dear told me that my neck looked like a pipe, as the neck seemed to be in line with the head. *OuCh!!!*
Then, when I went to office… 3 colleagues told me that I seemed to have put on weight. *cRuSheD!!!* I snapped there and then. My ego can only take a maximum of 2 comments a day… l0l, and 4 is twice the approved limit.
So, on the way back home, I told myself that I would definitely have to go jogging later on. In the end, not only did I not go jogging, but I also ended up eating durian (read: calories) late at night before sleeping.
This morning, I weighed myself and I feel disgusted that I am now a constant 78kg. Short and stout, they used to call me. Now it should be short and fat. Bummer.
That’s it! The intense training sessions begin… on Sunday. I shall play basketball early in the morning at CCC, then followed by a normal lunch, and a small dinner. Next week onwards, it shall be small dinners for me! Weights on Tuesday and Thursday, and jogging (or basketball as an alternative) on Wednesday.
I shall blog about it if I succeed, or fail. 75kg should must be my immediate target. Go go go!!

anyway last night i was watching a korean show on health, and they said to not only lose weight AND get abs, the fast way is to not make circumstances right for exercise, but to do it whenever and wherever. and dont think of it as the dreaded “E” word, exercise, but as a habit. then it stops being a chore.
come on dude you can do this. like the saying goes, “sure can one lah!”
